Public Disclosure
In compliance with IRS regulations which require that a private
foundation provide copies of its three most recent annual information
returns (990-PFs), its exemption application and its determination
letter from the IRS, we will provide copies on the same-day for
walk-in requests, or within 30 days via mail or fax for mail-in
